Immaculate Conception School is administered by the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary under the authority of its pastor, Msgr. Seamus F. Brennan, and the auspices of the Schools Office of the Diocese of Metuchen. The pastor and principal are assisted by a School Advisory Council whose role it is to offer advice and promote the school.
