The tuition rate for Pre-Kindergarten is $5,900.00 per child
($5,850.00 if paid in full by July 10, 2014).

PRIVATE SCHOOL AID SERVICE
Tuition Aid Forms are available in the bookkeeping office, please call the direct line 908-895-1106, leave your name and child’s name and homeroom or teacher.
The form will be sent home in a sealed folder.
Please note the following:
There is a $27.00 processing fee, which must be sent with the form.
The check or money order is made payable to Private School Aid Service
You must include a copy of your complete 2013 Federal Tax Return
Form must be signed and dated by parent or guardian
Your Pastor must sign the form. Families that are members at Immaculate Conception Church, the phone number to the Parish Center is 908-725-1112
Please call to make arrangements for Monsignor Brennan to sign the form
Keep a copy for your records.
The form must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2014. Any form received after March 31, 2014, will be returned and not considered.
