The tuition rate for Pre-Kindergarten is $5,400 per child.  Pre-K may not be combined with K-8 children
to obtain a lower rate.  Pre-Kindergarten tuiton stands on its own fixed rate

STUDENT FEES

The following are per-student fees for the 2012-2013 school year:
  • Pre-K Art and Supply Fees                                             $125.00
  • Grades K-7 Book, Art and Testing Fees                          $175.00
  • Grade 8 Book, Art and Testing Fees                               $200.00
  • Grades Pre-K to 8 Home and School Association Fee       $10.00 per family
  • Grades K-8 Capital Reserve Fee                                    $100.00   (A one-time fee for each new student entering school.)
  • Non-Subsidized Fee, Per Student                                   $900.00  (This fee applies to those families who are non-Catholic and those Catholic families who are not registered at Immaculate Conception Church or any other parish within the Diocese of Metuchen.)

**Please Note: The above fees that are applicable will be included in your FACTS total or Pre-Payment for the 2012-2013 school year.**
  • Grades K-8 Stationery Fee (varies by grade)                  $8.00-$50.00

**Stationery Fees will be determined at the commencement of the new school year and are not included in F.A.C.T.S. or Pre-Payment, but will be billed separately.**

PRIVATE SCHOOL AID SERVICE

Through the Diocese of Metuchen, tuition assistance will be available for families at Immaculate Conception School with children attending grades K-8.

Tuition Aid Forms are available in the bookkeeping office, please call the direct line 908-895-1106, leave your name and child’s name and homeroom or teacher.

The form will be sent home in a sealed folder and they can also be accessed by clicking on the links below.

Please note the following:

There is a $24.00 processing fee, which must be sent with the form.

The check or money order is made payable to Private School Aid Service

You must include a copy of your complete 2011 Federal Tax Return

Form must be signed and dated by parent or guardian

Your Pastor must sign the form. Families that are members at Immaculate Conception Church, the phone number to the Parish Center is 908-725-1112

Please call to make arrangements for Monsignor Brennan to sign the form

Keep a copy for your records.

 

The form must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2012.  Any form received after March 31, 2012, will be returned and not considered.
