Co-ed Swim Club - Meet our Coach:


Linda Fries has been the varsity coach of the Immaculata Swim Club since October 2001. Under her direction the team has grown from 5 swimmers in 2001 to a program of 28 competitive swimmers during last year's season. Building a quality program has been the primary objective with full team participation. Immaculata swimmers have placed in the top ten positions while competing in individual and relay events in invitational, county and conference meets. Many IHS swimmers have earned swimming scholarships and continue to compete at the college level. Coach Fries is a graduate of Weber State College, with a Bachelor of  in Physical Education and Health, and is currently on staff in the Physical Education and Health Department at Immaculata. Coach Fries and her husband, Steve, have three children (Melissa, Brian and Christie), all graduates of Immaculata High School.
