Campus Ministry

aweseom

The mission of Campus Ministry is to create a Christian community where opportunities for spiritual growth through prayer, sacrament, outreach and sharing are available on an ongoing basis. Often referred to as "the heart" of Immaculata, Campus Ministry provides a home away from home where friendships are formed, faith is shared, leadership is developed, and outreach is strongly encouraged.

The Campus ministry office, located in room 119 of the main building, is designed as a family room surrounded by the offices of the various personnel. Students are welcome there before and after school as well as during lunch periods. Adults are always available for support and direction. Often, the office becomes the center of activity where bulk mailings for local charities like Habitat for Humanity are prepared, Easter baskets for children at the soup kitchen are organized or prayers are offered for someone in need. "I love going to Campus Ministry because there is no stress and everyone feels at home," one student says.
